Overview

This page lists the sub-processors bifrost engages to Process Customer Data, and potential end-user data where applicable, when providing our customers with the bifrost services.

Definitions

Bifrost is instructed to Process the following categories of data subjects on behalf of the Customer:

System User
Individuals authorized by the Customer to access and use BIFROST's administration tools, including the Customer's employees, contractors, and designated personnel from Business Partners.
End Users
Individuals who interact with the Customer's digital services where BIFROST software is implemented, including the Customer's customers and other users of the Customer's systems.
